July 14th, is Bastille day here in France, they celebrate their independance on that day. Its kinda like the 4th of July in the U.S. Anyway, every year on Bastille day-in Carcasonne they have huge firework display above La Cite. After the meeting on Wednesday, Jean Claude and Claudia had us over as well as other people from the hall to watch the fireworks- they have a really good view of the castle from their balcony outside.The fireworks were really neat, like not nothing i had ever seen before.
